Na jedenfalls habe ich das Foto jetzt mal an BirdWatchIreland geschickt. Vielleicht helfen die Spezialisten uns ja.

Yeah, es ist ein Schwarzkehlchen.

Folgende nette Antwort habe ich von BirdWatch Ireland erhalten:

From the photograph, you can clearly see that the beak is thin – a trait of insect eating birds; and it is a similar size to a Robin and another clue is the behaviour of perching..... and the winner is: a female Stonechat (Saxicola torquata). The females are paler in colour than the males, they hunt from a perch, descending to pick up food from the ground and they are most abundant on the West coast of Ireland. The numbers have declined in recent years due to the harsh winters we have experienced, however as they can have up to three broods in a good breeding season, their population quickly bounces back.
